Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and free of damage or defects. Contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping: We provide a return label and cover return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds: Once the return is received or proof of return is provided, we process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

We do not offer voluntary exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
